Cash payments are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Non-Acceptance of Cash

Digital transactions eliminate risks associated with loss, theft, and counterfeit currency, ensuring funds are secured immediately.

B. Audit Transparency

Every payment through DesignX requires a digital audit trail for tax compliance and dispute resolution. Proof of payment is instant and verifiable.

C. Operational Speed

Automated confirmations allow our team to bypass manual banking admin and focus entirely on your creative deliverables.

3. Payment Structure

Applicable to Web Development, Branding, and Graphic Design services.

Commencement of project.

Prior to file delivery/launch.

Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in the withholding of final source files or temporary suspension of active hosting services.

4. Service Suspension

In the event of overdue final payments, DesignX reserves the right to pause live websites. Service is restored immediately upon confirmation of the remaining balance.

5. Refund Terms

  • Deposits: Non-refundable once research or design work has started.
  • Completion: Delivered and approved projects are final and ineligible for refund.
